ΠΑΣΤΡΑ
Η Τόνια Πάστρα γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1971. Σπούδασε χορό και χορογραφία στο Laban Centre του City University of London, όπου απέκτησε πτυχίο Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theatre Dance. Με πολυετή παρουσία στον χώρο του σύγχρονου χορού και της κινησιολογικής έκφρασης, εργάστηκε ως δασκάλα σύγχρονου χορού και αυτοσχεδιασμού στην ιδιόκτητη σχολή χορού της επί πέντε χρόνια. Ακολούθησαν συνεργασίες με τις δραματικές σχολές των Γ. Κιμούλη και Γ. Θεοδοσιάδη, όπου δίδαξε κίνηση και αυτοσχεδιασμό. Ως χορεύτρια συμμετείχε σε ομάδες αυτοσχεδιασμού, σύγχρονου χορού και χοροθεάτρου της Αναστασίας Λύρα, καθώς και στην ομάδα «Κινητήρας» της Αντιγόνης Γύρα. Συνεχίζει ενεργά τη διδακτική της πορεία, διδάσκοντας παιδιά και ενήλικες.
